Q. When will I get my photos back?
A. 7-14 days and 30 max. Unless you give a nice tip. More you tip, the faster you’ll get them.
Q. Where is the session located?
A. Sant. Andrews State Park on the beach, (EAST) of the wooden pier by the waters edge.
Photo Download & Printing FAQ
Q. What is the difference between 1.5X photos and Full 8X photos?
A. Think of it as smaller files vs. full-size files.

1.5X Download: Up to about 1,500 pixels on the longest side. Great for phones, Facebook, Instagram, email, and general online use.

Full 8X Resolution: Up to about 8,000 pixels on the longest side. These are much larger files designed for high-quality printing and maximum detail.
Q. Can I print my photos?
A. Yes.
If you purchase a Full Resolution package with a Print Release, you may download the full-size files and have them printed yourself.
You may also order professional prints directly through your online gallery with us, regardless of which download package you choose.
Q. Do I need a Print Release?
A. You only need a Print Release if you want to take the downloaded files somewhere else to have them printed, such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, an online print lab, or another printing company.
If you order your prints directly through the gallery we provide, you do not need a Print Release.

1.5X = Great for phones, social media, and online sharing.
Full 8X + Print Release = Best for downloading, saving, and printing anywhere you choose.
Q. Do you edit the photos?
A. No, we don’t do “major” editing. We apply a “basic edit” Just like you seen in our portfolio.
