Frequently Asked Questions
Don't get out in the sun before your session.
We understand that sunburn can happen unexpectedly, especially while vacationing at the beach. Our standard editing includes professional adjustments to lighting, color, contrast, and overall skin tone; however, completely removing significant redness or visible sunburn requires extensive, detailed retouching and is not included with standard editing.
To help prevent this, we recommend scheduling your session earlier in your vacation and limiting sun exposure before your appointment. Please use sunscreen, stay hydrated, and avoid tanning or prolonged time in direct sunlight whenever possible.
Our goal is to provide every client with consistent editing quality and a fair turnaround time. Preparing your skin before the session helps us create the most natural and flattering final photographs.

Where is the session? What's the address?
St. Andrews State Park is one of Panama City Beach’s most beautiful photo spots, with white sand, coastal dunes, and glowing Gulf sunsets. We do our sessions on the Pier Side for the best light, beach views, and easy photo flow. Address: 4607 State Park Ln, Panama City, FL 32408
How can I check on my reservation?

Can I reschedule my session?
One reschedule may be allowed if we agree with the reason. The new session date must be within 7 days before or 7 days after the original scheduled session date.
Approved reasons may include extremely bad or unsafe weather, car trouble or breakdowns, accidents, family emergencies, or other serious situations approved by Spedale Jr. Photography LLC.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Send us a text. Please note there is a “14 day cancelation policy” You could end up paying extra this way.
Where is the (DOWNLOAD BUTTON)
Next to each photo “down arrow and a line” and for “download all” should see a down arrow and a line top left or right. Best to download on a computer.
When will I receive my photos?
During our busy season (March 1 – October 31), galleries may take up to 30 days for delivery.
During our slower season (November 1 – February 28), galleries are typically delivered within 14 days.
What editing is included?
All keeper photos receive our signature basic editing style:
• Color correction
• Exposure adjustments
• Contrast adjustments
• Horizon straightening when needed

Can you do more editing on my photos?
A basic edit has already been applied to your photos as part of your session. After photos are delivered, we do not provide additional editing.
Our basic edit includes straightening the horizon, applying the overall look we are known for, checking white balance, contrast, and shadows, and removing people in the water behind you when possible.
Because we photograph in a public beach location, we do not edit out people on the pier, beach, or other public areas. Your gallery has been edited in the same style as the photos shown in our website portfolio. For more info about our editing F.A.Q (CLICK HERE)
Why are my photos watermarked?
For the watermark, the large watermark should come off when the photos are downloaded the correct way. Use the “Down Arrow”
The best way is usually to download from a computer and use the Don’t screenshot or save the preview image as this is not what you’re wanting.
We would like more photos from the session.
We do not release images that were deleted or marked as non-keepers because of blinking, wind, hair in the face, awkward expressions, lighting, movement, or anything we would not be proud to deliver.
What is the cancelation policy?
All sessions canceled 14 days or less before the reservation date will be charged $100.00 in addition to the first pre-payment. No refunds will be given for any cancellations unless we cancel on you.
Can you guarantee I will receive the same number of photos my friend received from their session?
No. We do not guarantee a set number of photos. Any photo totals listed are average estimates only. The only thing we can guarantee is the session duration.
Every session is different, so we do not guarantee the same number of photos from one session to another. The photo count is based on the keeper images from that specific session. Things like wind, blinking, hair in the face, expressions, lighting, posing, and movement can affect how many final images make the gallery. We only deliver the photos we feel are true keeper shots.
How to deal with the wind on the beach?

Can I request a photographer?
You may request a specific photographer when booking. However, we cannot guarantee that photographer will be available for the date and time you booked or requested.
How much are print releases? Do I need one?
We offer digital release or USB Flash Drive release.
Anyone who buys a release get access to the full rez files and they comne “Print Ready”
You’ll need one if you’re ever planning to self print your photos. Otherwise, you’ll not need a release to print with us.
Cost is $100.00 if you paid for this on the day of your booking or $200.00 anytime after the day you made a reservation.
What downloads are included?
Every session includes FREE Web-Friendly Photo Downloads. Photos come at 1.5 the full rez.

Can we do photos with "Overcast or Rain"
Yes, we can. We would only avoid holding a session when there is lightning, a tornado or hurricane, heavy rain, or wind speeds over 14 mph.
