H. Information From Other People

The person booking a session may provide limited information about family members, guests, models, children, or other participants.

The booking client is responsible for providing information accurately and for avoiding the submission of unnecessary sensitive information about another person.

A booking client cannot provide commercial image-use permission for another competent adult unless that client has legal authority to do so.

• From the person booking or organizing a session.
• From signed agreements and releases.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND LIKENESS PERMISSION

Booking a session or visiting our website does not, by itself, provide unlimited permission for us to use a person’s name, portrait, photograph, video, voice, or likeness for commercial advertising.

Public portfolio, website, social-media, promotional, educational, advertising, or commercial use will be governed by one or more of the following:

• A photography agreement.
• A model release.
• A media release.
• A portfolio release.
• A commercial-use agreement.
• Other clear written permission.

Each adult participant may be required to provide permission for their own likeness.

A parent or legal guardian must provide the required authorization for the identifiable commercial or promotional use of a minor’s likeness.

A person booking a family, group, or event session may not grant publicity or commercial likeness rights for another competent adult unless legally authorized to do so.

We will not intentionally publish a client’s full name, telephone number, home address, email address, private account information, or other unnecessary identifying information with a photograph unless the client requests it or separately authorizes it.

6. PORTFOLIO AND PRIVATE-SESSION CHOICES

Some sessions, promotions, discounts, collaborations, model calls, or portfolio-building offers may require a separate written portfolio or model release.

A private-session option may be available at a different rate when public image use is part of the original package, promotion, collaboration, or pricing structure.

Any private-session price difference, portfolio requirement, or release condition should be disclosed before booking and included in the applicable written agreement.

Not every session will be published or used for marketing, even when permission has been granted.

7. IMAGE AND VIDEO REMOVAL REQUESTS

A person may contact us to request review of an image or video displayed on a website, social-media account, advertisement, or platform controlled by Spedale Jr. Photography LLC.

We do not charge a removal fee for:

• Correcting content used without valid authorization.
• Correcting a violation of a signed agreement.
• Correcting content posted through our mistake.
• Responding to a valid legal request.
• Addressing a serious and documented safety concern involving a minor.
• Removing information that we are legally required to remove.

When content was lawfully used under a valid agreement or release, a later request to discontinue future use will be reviewed according to:

• The signed agreement.
• The nature of the original permission.
• Existing licensing commitments.
• Applicable law.
• Whether the material remains under our control.
• The practical ability to locate, replace, or remove it.

Any administrative cost connected with a voluntary withdrawal request will apply only when it was clearly disclosed in the signed agreement and is permitted by law.

We cannot guarantee complete removal from:

• Previously printed materials.
• Products already delivered or sold.
• Third-party reposts.
• Search-engine caches.
• Internet archives.
• Screenshots.
• Shared downloads.
• Materials licensed or distributed before the request.
• Platforms or accounts outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to remove approved content from active accounts, websites, or marketing systems under our control.

8. EDITING, SOFTWARE, AND AUTOMATED TOOLS

We may use professional software, cloud services, and automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools for purposes such as:

• Photo culling.
• Color correction.
• White balance.
• Noise reduction.
• Sharpening.
• Retouching.
• Background cleanup.
• Object removal.
• Video editing.
• Audio cleanup.
• File organization.
• Gallery creation.
• Backup and delivery.

Media may be processed by third-party software or cloud-service providers acting on our behalf.

We do not intentionally submit private client photographs or videos to publicly searchable generative-AI galleries.

Where provider controls are available, we aim to limit unrelated use of private client media, including use for public model training.

Automated editing tools may produce imperfect results. Final editing and delivery remain subject to our photography agreement and professional judgment.

9. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed through third-party payment companies.

Those companies may collect and process:

• Cardholder name.
• Billing address.
• Credit- or debit-card information.
• Bank information.
• Payment history.
• Device and fraud-prevention information.

Their collection and handling of payment information are governed by their own privacy and security practices.

Spedale Jr. Photography LLC generally receives confirmation of the payment, limited account details, transaction status, and receipt information rather than the complete card number or security code.

10. SAVED PAYMENT METHODS

A payment provider may allow a client to save a payment method.

Any authorized future use of a saved payment method must be governed by:

• The client’s authorization.
• The applicable payment-provider terms.
• The signed photography or payment agreement.
• Applicable law.

This Privacy Policy does not independently authorize us to charge a saved payment method.

11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website and service providers may use:

• Cookies.
• Pixels.
• Tags.
• Local browser storage.
• Analytics identifiers.
• Session-storage technologies.
• Embedded scripts.
• Similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

• Operate the website.
• Maintain website security.
• Remember preferences.
• Keep forms and customer accounts working.
• Measure website traffic.
• Understand how visitors use the website.
• Diagnose errors.
• Improve performance.
• Measure advertising results.
• Display or personalize advertising when enabled.

A. Necessary Technologies

Some cookies and technologies are necessary for security, customer accounts, forms, checkout, galleries, scheduling, and other website functions.

B. Analytics Technologies

Analytics services may collect information about website visits, page views, devices, approximate location, and referral sources.

C. Advertising Technologies

When used, advertising platforms may receive browser, device, cookie, page-view, conversion, or advertising information.

We do not sell personal information for direct monetary payment.

Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be legally treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a “sale” in some jurisdictions even when no money is exchanged. Where legally required and reasonably applicable, visitors will be given available choices concerning those technologies.

D. Cookie Choices

Visitors may adjust nonessential cookie preferences through the Cookie Settings control when available.

Browser settings may also allow cookies to be blocked or deleted. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent certain website, booking, payment, customer-account, or gallery features from working properly.

12. TEXT MESSAGES AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS

We may use text messages and telephone communications for legitimate business purposes.

A. Transactional Messages

Transactional or service-related communications may include:

• Booking confirmations.
• Appointment reminders.
• Weather notices.
• Location directions.
• Schedule changes.
• Payment reminders.
• Agreement notices.
• Gallery notifications.
• Delivery updates.
• Responses to customer questions.

These communications relate to an existing request, booking, transaction, account, or business relationship.

B. Promotional Messages

When legally required, automated promotional or marketing text messages will be sent only after obtaining the required consent.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing photography services.

Message and data rates may apply.

A person may reply:

STOP to discontinue promotional text messages.

HELP to request assistance.

After a valid opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and retain the telephone number on a suppression list so the opt-out remains honored.

Stopping promotional messages does not necessarily prevent essential messages concerning an active booking, payment, safety matter, agreement, or requested customer service.

13. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We may send:

• Booking and transaction emails.
• Agreements and invoices.
• Gallery and delivery notices.
• Customer-service responses.
• Newsletters.
• Promotions.
• Special offers.

Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method when required.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not necessarily stop necessary transactional communications concerning an active booking, agreement, payment, gallery, purchase, or customer-service request.

14. INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN AND MINORS

Our general website and online services are not designed or directed primarily toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly request personal information online directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parent or legal-guardian involvement.

If we learn that personal information was submitted online directly by a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we may delete the information, contact the parent or guardian, or take other steps required by law.

Photography and video sessions may include children and teenagers.

For participants under 18:

• An adult must manage the booking and payment.
• A parent or legal guardian may be required to sign agreements.
• A parent or legal guardian must provide any required commercial or promotional image-use permission.
• We may request confirmation of the adult’s authority.
• Additional safety and supervision requirements may apply.

A parent or legal guardian may contact us concerning personal information collected online from their child.

15. MODELING AND AGE VERIFICATION

Age verification may be required as a business safety, contractual, and compliance measure for sessions including:

• Portfolio modeling.
• Commercial modeling.
• Promotional modeling.
• Fashion photography.
• Editorial photography.
• Glamour photography.
• Fitness or physique photography.
• Influencer content.
• Resort or lifestyle promotions.
• Adult-styled wardrobe or posing.
• Other sessions where confirming age is reasonably necessary.

Participants in adult-styled sessions must be at least 18 years old.

A minor may participate only in a lawful and age-appropriate session with required parent or legal-guardian authorization.

Spedale Jr. Photography LLC does not photograph or record:

• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit acts.
• Sexual activity involving any person.
• Sexualized content involving minors.
• Content depicting abuse, exploitation, coercion, or illegal conduct.

Failure to provide requested identification or authorization may result in refusal, postponement, or cancellation of a session according to the applicable agreement.

• Clicks an affiliate link.
• Views an advertisement.

• The reviewer’s name.
• Profile photograph.

We cannot control, edit, or delete reviews posted on independent third-party platforms.

A review or public social-media post is governed by the platform’s privacy policy and terms.

When a client publicly tags our business, shares our work, or posts a review, we may respond or interact through that platform. We will not treat a public post as unlimited permission for unrelated commercial advertising.

20. ACCOUNT AND GALLERY SECURITY

Customer accounts and private galleries are intended only for authorized users.

Clients are responsible for:

• Protecting passwords and access links.
• Avoiding public posting of private gallery credentials.
• Logging out of shared devices.

Gallery access may be:

• Password protected.

• The requester’s identity.
• Contact information.
• Booking details.
• Session date.

26. PUBLIC EVENTS AND INCIDENTAL APPEARANCES

Photographs or videos created at public events, public locations, commercial events, or group activities may include people who are not the primary client or subject.

The handling and use of incidental appearances may depend on:

• The type of event.
• The location.
• The person’s role in the image.
• Whether the person is identified.
• The applicable agreement.
• Applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to handle client-directed private sessions differently from general event coverage or incidental public-background appearances.

27. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If Spedale Jr. Photography LLC is reorganized, merged, sold, transferred, or acquired, business records may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any receiving organization will be expected to handle transferred personal information consistently with applicable privacy and security obligations.
