How Do I Get a Print Release?
If you paid for a print release and have not received a tracking number for your USB drive, please text us at 833-222-6096.
You may exchange the USB drive for a digital print release, but you cannot receive both. Once a tracking number has been issued for the USB drive, it can no longer be exchanged for a digital release.
If it’s been over 7 days and you’ve got a link to the photos but your missing your (Full Rez photos with Release) please message us. please text us at 833-222-6096.We might have forgot. We are human.
If you want to buy a USB-Drive/Full Rez Files or a Digital Release for $200.00 please text us and request this. please text us at 833-222-6096.
How to save my photos from the gallery?
Open your gallery and select a photo. Tap or click the Download arrow to save it to your device.
To save the full gallery, select Download All when available.
Or use this button to install the app to any phone. This app will unzip the files from your email and add to your camera roll.
